Aspire Mountain Academy Terms of Use
Aspire Mountain Academy (AMA) is a division of Aspire Mountain Media (AMM). By purchasing a subscription from AMA, you agree to the following terms: Each month for the length of your subscription, you agree to give to AMM the amount of money equal to the monthly subscription price in effect at the time you begin your subscription. You agree that you understand that in exchange for this money you will receive access to the AMA course materials connected with your subscription. You agree that by purchasing your subscription you are not purchasing a course or course material but only access to course materials.
Furthermore, you agree that you understand using access to course materials is not equal to possessing access to course materials and that, by maintaining an active subscription, you will be charged for possessing access to course materials. You agree that you understand that you will continue to be charged and you agree to be charged so long as you have your purchased subscription, because AMA grants you possession of access to course materials in exchange for an active subscription. You agree to accept AMA course materials as they are at the time of purchase.
AMM agrees that you may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason without notice. You agree that after you purchase a subscription and until you cancel that subscription, you have an active subscription. You further agree that, while you have an active subscription, failure to access AMA course materials is not grounds for a refund because AMM is receiving something of value from you (your monthly subscription charge) in exchange for something of value from AMM (access to AMA course materials). You agree that, for any month in which you have or had an active subscription, you will not seek to obtain a refund or to cancel your card charge. You agree that you understand that you may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason without notice and that, should you want to do so, you will cancel your subscription by logging into your account and selecting the appropriate option(s) to cancel your subscription.
In addition, you agree that you will respect the intellectual property rights of AMM and its owner(s) in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state where AMM is domestically registered. You agree that you will not record, share, or disseminate the contents of AMA course materials in any way and that you will access course materials only for your own individual and personal educational use. You agree that, should you be legally convicted of violating the intellectual property rights of AMM or its owner(s), you will pay all legal and collection costs involved in addition to any judgment assessed by the court.
Finally, you agree that, by purchasing an AMA subscription at any time, these terms take effect and will apply to your subscription on either January 1, 2023, or the date upon which your subscription begins, whichever is earlier. You agree that you will cancel your subscription immediately and seek no further redress of any grievance should you disagree with any of the terms herein stipulated.
